To ensure that the spray is in the right spot, make sure the nozzle is not hitting the toilet. You can adjust the bidet by moving the entire device forwards or backwards and then tightening it down. Additionally, try repositioning yourself on the seat to find the optimal spray position.

T-Valves Compatibility Issue

If the T-valves do not fit well, make sure they are connected to the top of the toilet. Our T-valve is designed with a 7/8" x 7/8" x 3/8" interface, which is compatible with most toilets.
